Use of the Website

This Site exists to share information about Holy Hill Chapel, our services, ministries, and events, and to make it easy for you to connect with us and submit prayer requests. You’re welcome to browse the Site and use its features for these personal, non-commercial purposes.

When using our Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Submit false, abusive, harassing, or malicious content through any form, including prayer requests;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or another user’s account;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation, servers, or networks; or
  • Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including our name, logo, text, graphics, images, sermon media, and design — belongs to Holy Hill Chapel or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

No Warranty

Holy Hill Chapel is a nonprofit ministry, and this Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep the Site accurate, up to date, and running smoothly, but we don’t guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holy Hill Chapel and its pastors, staff, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and any disputes relating to these Terms or the Site will be handled in the courts of Williamson County, Tennessee.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Holy Hill Chapel operates an internal SMS notification program that alerts designated pastoral staff when a new prayer request is submitted through the Site. These SMS Terms apply to that program.

  • Program description. Pastors and staff may opt in to receive text message notifications related to prayer request activity submitted through the Site.
  • Message frequency varies based on submission activity — recipients receive a text each time a related event occurs.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel text notifications. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@holyhillchapeltn.org.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers; carrier coverage and reliability are not guaranteed, and Holy Hill Chapel and its SMS providers are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier or device.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time as our Site and ministry grow. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back periodically.
