By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
This Site exists to share information about Holy Hill Chapel, our services, ministries, and events, and to make it easy for you to connect with us and submit prayer requests. You’re welcome to browse the Site and use its features for these personal, non-commercial purposes.
When using our Site, you agree not to:

You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

We do our best to keep the Site accurate, up to date, and running smoothly, but we don’t guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holy Hill Chapel and its pastors, staff, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and any disputes relating to these Terms or the Site will be handled in the courts of Williamson County, Tennessee.
Holy Hill Chapel operates an internal SMS notification program that alerts designated pastoral staff when a new prayer request is submitted through the Site. These SMS Terms apply to that program.
We may revise these Terms from time to time as our Site and ministry grow. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back periodically.
